Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms apply to the services offered by Ma Palette: digital services (colour analysis, lookbook, style makeover) and Personal shopper on request, at your home or shopping in stores.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

For the Personal shopper service, the price is set out in a personalised quotation after we've discussed your request. There is no fixed price or duration for this service.

Ordering and payment

For digital services, the order is confirmed after online payment. You receive a confirmation email with the link to the questionnaire. You answer it online and attach 2 photos of your face in natural light (front and profile).

For the Personal shopper service, you send a request via the Personal shopper page of the website. We discuss your project before a personalised quotation is sent. Payment terms are set out in the quotation.

Performance of the service

For digital services, the file is delivered electronically within 72 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire and your 2 photos. For the Complete makeover, we then schedule a 30-minute video call together on Google Meet.

Personal shopper (in-person service)

Organisation. This service is available on request and on quotation, at your home to create looks with your own clothes, or shopping in stores. The date, time, place and length are agreed together according to your project and specified in the quotation.

Lateness. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the appointment may be shortened, with no price reduction.

Rescheduling or cancellation by you. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment by writing to catherinehebert3@gmail.com. After that, the appointment is due.

Rescheduling or cancellation by me. If I have to cancel, I'll offer you a new date. If we can't agree on one, I'll refund you in full.

Withdrawal. You have 14 days to withdraw, as set out in the section "Right of withdrawal and refunds". If the appointment takes place before the end of this period, you expressly request that it take place on the agreed date and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Purchases and expenses. The price of the service covers my guidance. Clothes and accessories bought during the session, as well as your travel, are at your own expense, and purchases are made directly with the stores.

Outcome. This is personalised advice, which involves a degree of subjectivity. I commit to putting my expertise at your service, without guaranteeing any specific result.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

You have 14 days to withdraw. If you request immediate performance of the service before the end of this period, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Personal data

Your photos and questionnaire answers are used solely to carry out your analysis. They are only shared with the technical assistant who prepares the file with me, bound by the same confidentiality, and are never sold or published. See the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The file you receive is for your personal use only. It may not be resold or distributed.

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by French law. This English version is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
